The founder and owner of BMS installed his first motorized hurricane storm shutters in 1991 in La Porte, Texas. Since then we have been in the custom and commercial construction and manufacturing industry. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience on which motorized or manual shades, security shutters, patio screens work best and how they should be installed in a wide variety of settings. There are a number of manufacturers of shades, shutters, screens and screens, but they rarely have field experience. Then there are companies that install the shades, shutters, screens but have little knowledge of how the products are fabricated and what to do if something goes wrong or they need to be altered for a specific circumstance.
We choose the best motors, fabrics, tracks, brackets, etc. and we make our own custom alterations in order to produce a product that has less warranty issues, operates better in extreme climates, and ultimately gives our clients the best value. Our components are shipped from Germany, our motors are Somfy, which is the industry leader, our fabrics are the best in the industry. We take these components and fabricate each shade, shutter, or screen to fit our customers needs.
